Another month down and time to share the things that I loved. Hope you do, as well.
Fred Again.. Boiler Room London
This set by Fred Again.. is the first set that I’ve truly ‘felt’ in years. I was practically in tears by the end of it. The vibe in the video reminds me of my best moments as a DJ and some of my fave nights out. I must have listened to it one hundred times.
Just magical.
Fred is the producer behind some huge artists like Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Ellie Goulding and many more.
It’s also worth checking out his Studio Live sessions as well and he’ll be releasing a new album soon, hopefully.

Profoundly beautiful simple moments in time. Just being in the moment and appreciating life for what it is.
Thought provoking reads on Paul Green’s death.
Paul Green’s death has sparked a lot of conversations around how important is to be able to talk about your struggles
How to Change Your Mind
I’ve been a big Michael Pollan fan for a while now and read How to Change Your Mind when it was released in 2018. Super interesting stuff on how psychedelics are being used to treat mental illnesses.
I didn’t realise that they’d made it into a Netflix series so was super happy to discover it while I was sick the other day. Highly recommend you all give it a watch.
That’s it for August! Let me know in the comments what your highlights were.
Awesome stuff mate!
Thanks for the shout out bro 👊🏽
