"My confidence in myself takes a massive hit when I’m tired" Me too mate. Me too and I like how you're thinking about everything logically, as emotions can often mislead us.

Sammy Wilson said it well when he said tracking health stuff helps to "troubleshoot" when your feeling shit, because you can remove some variables and hone in on the root cause.

Eaten well? ✅

Exercised a bit? ✅

Slept well? ✅

And if I've done those things and still feel shit, at least I know they're not the causes of feeling flat and can look to other areas. Perhaps I've just let too much hop onto my plate and don't have the energy to deal with everything? (my most common issue and happens because I struggle to say no) Perhaps I haven't been having been making time to have fun or spend QT with the wife? And if I have done all those things and still feel crap, then yeah, it's probably work related and time to start looking for a change.

Sammy the oracle! Full of wisdom that man! I guess it's hard to find those other areas and sometimes it could just be getting that external validation that you've done something well.

I didn't sign up for that one, I think the cost put me off initially. I reckon it'd be totally doable, the run with the wind one was pretty hilly, such a great challenge!
